Sir,

RE: THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER
If you were once notified about the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN)
proposed payment of long over due contract payments via diplomatic cash
delivery called CASH CALL SYSTEM, you should have also been properly
notified about the sudden cancellation and stoppage of such system of
payment by our government because of lots of irregularities that emanated
from such unusual system of payment of such huge contract sums to foreign
contractors and beneficiaries.

I am hereby apologizing to you for the delay in releasing this fund of $12.5
Million to you, which was caused by me because of breach of agreement
between me and your so-called partner-(Dr. Tunde Lemo) of Banking Operations
Unit.

Few Months ago, immediately after the cancellation of the earlier proposed
payment by CASH CALL SYSTEM, Dr. Tunde Lemo approached me to instantly
transfer your contract sum of $12.5 Million into the following bank account
which you are not the beneficiary

"Bank Name: National Westminster Bank
Bank Address: Liverpool UK.
Bank A/C: 0006166826111
Routing No: 005550044
Swift Code: NATWEST44
A/C Name: Dr. Jeremy Watson", on an agreement that he will give me the
sum of $200,000. Upfront as my compensation and gratification. I am sure
that you do not have any connection with the above bank account details
unless you proof me wrong.

Having done the preliminary transfer and demanded my agreed $200,000., Dr.
Tunde Lemo breached the agreement. I will not be surprised if you inform me
that he has made many other several attempts to get your fund wired out
behind me either to you by same cancelled CASH SHIPMENT via the Currency
Department or to steal your fund to an unknown destination account that does
not belong to you.

The truth of the matter herein is that NO attempt by Dr. Tunde Lemo to get
your contract some out of this bank will succeed. Reason is that he has
jumped the due process.

The emphasis now is that your over-due contract payment of $12.5 Million is
still in my department and under my control. However, I am now ready to let
your fund go to you legitimately through the Central Bank of Nigeria Due
Process in payments and transfers of governmental contract funds. I do not
request any gratification of any sort. I do not require any bribery from any
beneficiary contractor because now that I have given my life to Christ, as a
born again Christian, I will not associate myself with bribery and
corruption of any type which is sin before God.

My interest now, is to free my conscience by assisting you to get your
overdue contract sum. Whatever thing you feel you would have given to me
after you have received your fund, I advice you to take it to any Christ
believing church or any charity home for donations and God will bless your
soul.

I am aware that some fraudulent individuals have been impersonating my name
and contacting you and other contractors as reported by the Central Bank of
Nigeria authorities. I advise you that henceforth, you should suspend any
dealings from any group of person(s) either from the CBN or any other
financial institution / parastatals in Nigeria or overseas that might be
contacting you on this purpose and endeavor to keep this information
confidential until you see your fund in your bank account. This is in your
own interest.

Also on no account must you contact Dr. Tunde Lemo any more, this is in your
own interest and for the security of the fund. And on no account must you
let them know of my contact with you. Please reply this message urgently
and call me on my direct telephone number +234 807 565 5885, E-mail:

transaction.
