UN HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR REFUGEES
Attention,
Let me start by introducing myself, I am Barrister Kuffuor James Wood the United Nations High Commissioner to refugees here in Ghana. Although we have not met before, I decided to take my time to write you this email today because of a pending issue that has been on ground.

My duty as the High Commissioner of refugees is to ensure that they are properly taken care of. After i have interogates some of the new refugees, one of them by name, Denise Dagogo came to my office that he has an Inherited Funds of $18.5Million presently in a Finance Company in his name which was deposited by his late father General Charles Dagogo.

Little Denise Dagogo who is 19yrs old has been coming to my office crying and telling me that he wants you as his foreign beneficiary to receive his inherited funds, he further said you are a trust worthy and honest person, this is the reason why I am contacting you now so that I can give you guidelines on how to help Little Denise Dagogo to recover his funds from the Finance Company acting as his beneficiary.

I have attached a copy of my Passport, my Ghana Bar Association ID and a copy of Little Denise Dagogo Passport for your perusal. I will want you to furnish me with your direct telephone Number for easier communication and a scanned copy of your identity and your delivery address.

I will really want you to assist Little Denise Dagogo with the best of your abilities as he has informed me that he is willing to give you 40% of the total funds.

Get back to me immediately on my private email below so we may proceed with this project.

Sincerely,
Barrister James.
